How can we meet given COVID Restrictions?
I am committed to the safety of my clients. I am available to meet for teletherapy via phone and video calls. As more research has been done regarding the safety of outdoor activities, I have resumed meeting clients for ecotherapy. I request that anyone meeting for in person, outdoor therapy wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance.
What are your rates?
My standard rate is $150 for a 50 minute in office or teletherapy session. For outdoor, ecotherapy sessions I offer $170 for 60 minutes, and $250 for 90 minute sessions.
Do you have a sliding scale?
I am committed to reserving several sliding scale appointment slots. Priority for these appointment is given to BIPOC, queer, transgender, and low income clients. Please let me know during our initial consultation if you cannot afford my standard fee.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately I am unable to accept insurance for fee payments. I am happy to provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement for “out of network outpatient mental health services.” I encourage you to speak directly with your provider regarding your options.
Where are you located?
I am located in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay area. I am not currently meeting clients in the office due to safety concerns regarding COVID-19. I am available to meet online or on the phone for teletherapy. If you would like to meet in person for an ecotherapy session, we can work together to find a site that meets all of your accessibility needs.
